Please note that many of the items on our menu contain one or more allergens listed below. If you have an allergy, please state your requirements clearly in the comments section when ordering.
Milk
Found in butter, cheese, cream, milk powders, and yoghurt. Also used in foods glazed with milk, powdered soups, and sauces.
Eggs
Found in cakes, meat products, mayonnaise, mousses, pasta, quiche, sauces, and foods brushed with egg.
Gluten
Includes wheat, rye, barley, and oats. Found in flour-based foods like bread, pasta, pastry, cakes, and sauces.
Soya
Found in tofu, soya flour, miso paste, and some desserts, ice creams, sauces, and vegetarian products.
Peanuts
Found in biscuits, cakes, curries, and sauces like satay, also in groundnut oil and peanut flour.
Nuts
Includes almonds, hazelnuts, walnuts, cashews, pecans, Brazil nuts, pistachios, macadamia nuts. Found in breads, biscuits, desserts, marzipan, and nut oils.
Lupin
Found in some breads, pastries, and pasta.
Celery
Includes celery stalks, leaves, seeds, and celeriac. Found in celery salt, salads, meat products, soups, and stock cubes.
Mustard
Includes mustard seeds, powder, and liquid. Found in curries, marinades, meat products, salad dressings, and soups.
Fish
Found in fish sauces, pizzas, relishes, salad dressings, and Worcestershire sauce.
Crustaceans
Includes crabs, lobster, prawns, and scampi. Often found in shrimp paste used in Thai curries and salads.
Molluscs
Includes mussels, snails, squid, and whelks. Often found in oyster sauce or fish stews.
Sulphur Dioxide
Used as a preservative in dried fruit, meat products, soft drinks, vegetables, wine, and beer.
Sesame Seeds
Found in bread, breadsticks, houmous, sesame oil, and tahini (sesame paste)
